Changes afoot?
While nicotine pouches can currently be bought from online sellers in Italy this could change.
Lawmakers considered banning online sales in August 2023. Had this ban come into effect, the online sale of nicotine pouches in Italy would have been permanently banned. Fortunately, the ban did not go ahead.
